Founder Schools Programme Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 13 July 2026

These Founder School Programme Terms ("Founder Terms") apply to organisations accepted onto the Boundary Review Founder School Programme.

These terms should be read alongside the Boundary Review Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

1. About the Programme

The Boundary Review Founder School Programme has been created to work closely with a limited number of early adopter schools during the launch of the Boundary Review platform.

Founder Schools receive preferential pricing and the opportunity to help shape future development through feedback and feature requests.

2. Eligibility

The programme is open to:

  • UK maintained schools

  • Academies

  • Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs)

  • Independent schools within the United Kingdom

Boundary Review reserves the right to accept or decline applications at its discretion.

3. Founder Benefits

Accepted Founder Schools will receive:

  • Founder pricing of £495 (normally £995) for the first annual subscription.

  • A 10% discount on the standard annual subscription price for as long as the organisation maintains a continuous, active subscription.

  • Early access to new features where appropriate.

  • The opportunity to provide feedback that may influence future development.

  • Priority consideration for product enhancements and feature requests.

Founder benefits are available only while the subscription remains active and paid in accordance with the agreed payment terms.

4. No Payment Until September

Schools accepted onto the Founder School Programme will not be required to make payment before September 2026.

Acceptance onto the programme does not create an obligation to purchase until the point an order is confirmed.

5. Lifetime Founder Discount

The Founder School discount remains available only where:

  • the organisation maintains an uninterrupted subscription;

  • invoices are paid in accordance with agreed payment terms; and

  • the subscription is not cancelled.

If the subscription lapses, is cancelled, or is terminated for any reason, Founder pricing and discounts will cease. Any future subscription will be charged at the standard pricing in effect at that time unless Boundary Review agrees otherwise in writing.

6. Number of Founder Places

The Founder School Programme is limited.

Boundary Review reserves the right to close the programme at any time once the desired number of participating schools has been reached.

Acceptance is confirmed only when written confirmation has been provided by Boundary Review.

7. Feedback

Founder Schools are encouraged, but are not required, to provide feedback on:

  • usability;

  • workflows;

  • new feature ideas;

  • bug reports; and

  • product improvements.

Boundary Review values customer feedback but cannot guarantee that requested features will be implemented.

8. Product Development

As an early-stage platform, Boundary Review will continue to evolve.

Features, functionality and user interfaces may change as the service develops.

We will make reasonable efforts to avoid removing functionality relied upon by customers without appropriate notice.

9. Availability

Boundary Review aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Scheduled maintenance, updates and improvements may occasionally result in temporary service interruptions.

10. Confidentiality

Founder Schools may gain early access to features not yet publicly released.

Any pre-release functionality, documentation or information identified as confidential should not be shared outside the organisation without Boundary Review's prior written consent.

11. Marketing

Boundary Review may ask Founder Schools whether they are willing to:

  • provide a testimonial;

  • participate in a case study;

  • display their logo on the Boundary Review website; or

  • be identified as a Founder School.

Participation is entirely voluntary and will only occur with the school's prior permission.

Boundary Review will never imply endorsement or publish a school's name or logo without explicit consent.

12. Changes to the Programme

Boundary Review reserves the right to amend or close the Founder School Programme for future applicants.

Changes will not affect Founder benefits already confirmed for accepted Founder Schools unless required by law or agreed with the customer.

13. Governing Law

These Founder Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
